Triple Step
Male: The next thing that we are going to cover is called, Triple Step Swing. So far, everything we have talked has been in single step swing, with triple steps swing you can do all the same moves that we already covered.
Female: When you are dancing to slower music, you want to get your feet moving a little faster, so instead of doing step, step, and rock step. What we will do is triple step, triple step, and rock step. This gives you more beats, to fill up the music with.
For ladies, it is right-left-right, left-right-left, rock step.
Male: Gentlemen it is left-right-left, right-left-right, rock step.
Female: We want to keep our steps very small, very close to the floor and more like a shuffle, not making much noise and not pouncing. So it looks like this, step-step-step, step-step-step, rock step, triple step triple step triple step, rock step.
Male: Practice it with this while we face this way, five six seven eight.
Female: Here we go, triple step triple step rock step, triple step triple step rock step, triple step triple step rock step.
