Let's now move to a rather unique exercise designed to help build trust among team members in a group. One of the players is blindfolded and walks arm in arm with either one or two other players. After everyone has tried this trust walk, why not try a trust run. In this scenario, the blindfolded player really has to learn to trust and relax while being guided by his or her partner. Make sure to give everyone a chance to try the blindfold, and then ask them what they learned from the experience.
