The next fundamental skill we are going to teach the receiver play is called a turning ball drill. I am going to give the receiver a command a ball and he is going to snap his head and hips around as fast as he can and then he will locate the ball and freeze on it and go through his normal freeze drill in the stationary position. This is called the turn ball drill.

Ready Randal. Ball. Good, he has got to snap his hips and his head around to locate the ball and then freeze on it. Ball. Good play extended, still catch the tip. Do all the fundamental things correct. Ball. Good one more time. Ball. Good job.
