How to do the Two Hits and Charge Drill

This drill consist of rules which force consistency and extended points along with teamwork and movement for effective doubles. Points start with all four players on the baseline starting with a bounce hit. They must all cooperate together by hitting four shots in a row and for the point is played out. The uniqueness of this drill is that the teams are awarded a bonus point or two points if when they win the point both team members are in front of the service line.

For a more beginning rule play this game, simply have them start their ground stroke rally with mini tennis, standing just behind the service line and then move in.
