How to do the Upright Row Workout

Hi, it is a beautiful day outside. So, I decided to get some fresh air and do this bows from the park. I know that not everyone has the option to workout of the gym, so I decided to start off with something that everyone can do at home or outside. So I just brought this for you, a GNC. It was less than $20.00 which is pretty cheap and I can play with this piece of equipment. You can do about a dozen different exercises. This has been around for a long time, but just lately, I have seen trainers that using them. So I thought I would give them a try. The first exercise that I am going to show you is for your shoulders. It is an upright throw so let us try it for 10 reps. (Demonstration) So try for two or three sets of 10 reps and I will see you next time on BodyRock.tv
