How to do the best abs exercise

Hey, it is Vince DelMonte here with YourSixPackQuest.com. We are going to do a quick video coaching lesson before we go onstage at the world fitness model championships. And a lot of people are asking me, so what are some of the best abs exercises are. You know the reality is, as if you are body fat is not low enough, it does not really matter which abs exercises you do so that is obviously your first goal but there are exercises that are going to tighten things up so when the fat does come off you have something to show for your hard dieting. So I will show you one of my personal -- favorite abs exercises. I do not know if it is the best, but it is one that works really well for me.

And it allows you -- the upper and the lower which is going to do a variation on leg raises, but this way your arms will not fail you. Lots of people have a hard time doing this one because they do not have enough grip strength, or upper body strength to support the raise. So you should have triceps strength. You notice, you are just focusing on rotating the lower abdominals, rotating the pelvis. If you get tired, you can keep going. And again, doing things your body has not done before, so you have got to do that, the failure, a couple of sets of that. And do not forget to progress does from week to week.
