Windmill, these instructions are for anti-clockwise windmills.
Step 1: Get in a hand spin position with your left arm on the side of your stomach.
Step 2: Keep your legs spread apart and balance on your left hand.
Step 3: Raise your left leg and turn your body with your right hand.
Step 4: Rotate your legs as you roll on to your shoulder keeping your legs spread wide apart.
Step5: Your hands should be facing away from your body. Now roll your body around so that you will end up in the starting position again.
Barrel Windmill
Start on the standing position, spin that you go down on both hands. Keep your hands in front of you like you are holding a bound. In the barrel window, you do not use your head to hand you spin. Use your legs to propel your body around.
