How to easily multiply your personal power

Hi! This is Francisco Bujan from vitalcoaching.com. We are talking about personal power, and the topic for this video is how to easily multiply your personal power. Today, I am again going to stretch, really give you the whole picture rather that just a five-minute power boost that I am going to expand in the whole topic. Why? Because personal power is an essential area and rather than covering a small fraction of it, I decided to take this one step further and to cover the vastness of this topic in just one video. So this video will probably be around 30 to 60 minutes, I do not know exactly. I have been making a small script about what I have wanted to tell you and obviously, I am going to deviate from it because I never follow scripts. Anyway, there are lots to cover. I want to encourage you to relax. You do not think, speak, but watch this video from beginning to the end. If you want to watch it every night, that is all right. Just keep on watching it, make sure that you are not going to disturb and focus just on the video. Grasp some paper and pen and get a drink, whatever you need to feel comfortable. Make sure that you are not disturbed because what I am going to tell you about is very important. These skills or strategies can naturally change the way you relate to your self, the way you look at your life, the way people look at you. It can really radically shift your energy base in your life. And the strategies I am going to talk about are not things you come across too often. I have been studying and exploring a lot—meditation, mind techniques, mind power, physical developmental—all these areas of personal development and I integrated lots of it. Some of you become models, some of you learn from other people. But somewhere, about five to ten years ago in this time area, I started realizing that I have my own base. There were certain things that were not explained out there, and I had to rediscover this for myself. So, I explore that, I made some techniques that I feel will work really well for myself and now, what I want to share is really the full extent of what I discovered. Of course, maybe I might miss a couple of points. Maybe there are certain aspects of these power-boost or personal power strategies that I am not going to cover, but it would give you at least some very specific direction, some specific strategies and ideas on how to multiply your power base or your power level. This is really a part of the personal development and life mastery area. The key idea behind that is that you are the master of your life. You are the one who decides what happens in your existence. You are not a victim of elements or events. You are really the one who is in charge. Very often, what is missing is simply you taking the cultural seat, is accepting the fact that you are responsible for what happens in your life and deciding to take control over what goes on. By taking control, I do not mean just holding on and directing by force. It means realizing that actually, you are the one who is in control. You are the one who is directing the flight in your life, and this is what I am going to cover in this video. So let us get to it. There is a lot to talk about and there are a lot to practice as well. The first thing I want you to do is realize that the body is the energy system. The first step to feel really great on the power level is to feel that you are comfortable with your energy level. I am going to give you straight away a couple of things that you can do with your body, which is going to increase your power level. I am sitting down, but I am going to stand up. (Music playing)
