Dingus is correct it is not fake it is supercooling. If you have ever taken a chemistry class you will more than likely have seen some form of supercooling. .. Nice video...but should include an explanation.

its aluminyum acetate... you boile it and when ou apply an energy in form of work to it it turns solid... instant ice... search the web...

not fake
actually it's not fake, but it does take more than 2 mins. It's an example of supercooling...when you smack the bottle on the table you generate kinetic energy (i.e. the bubbles), which allows ice crystals to form instantly, if the beer is right near the freezing point already. Nothing to do with gelatin or "little pieces of metal".

In fact, i think I know what it is. This isn't a really Corona. It's a liquid with a little piece of metal in it. When you pinch the metal piece, all the liquid solidifies in a "Jell-O-like" mater. In fact, it isn't cold at all, it getting hotter. They use this kind of technique in "gloves warmer".
