Speaker: 4.5% body fat when you get in there.

Speaker: 8 pounds.
Speaker: 8 pounds fat; I lose that. Can’t do much better than that.

Speaker: I might need to couple a little bit and that much. And I gained -- I stayed like that and I put on about 6 pounds of muscle this year.
