Female: The next part of Rock Your Body Series is all about legs. Legs are the part of my body that I really need to work on. I always had a problem with the bigger bone and to really like strong thighs and of course so leg, but I get rid of most of my leg by exercising. Before I used to use creams and different kinds of pills but that stuff does not work. What works is exercising. I think that guys should pay attention to their legs as well because I think it is really funny to see a guy who has really strong upper body. He has got muscles and everything and then he has tiny skinny legs and I have seen it so many times and I think they look like tomatoes in sticks.
You are going to get very familiar with lunges because for my legs I am doing a lot of lunges. So I am using five kilo weights and I am doing again 120 repetitions. These are for girls who want to have long and lean muscles. For guys if you want to have more muscular legs you should be using bigger weights, heavy weights and do less repetitions. It should be so heavy for you that you can do more than 10 to 15 repetitions. Okay so this is the first one.
You go in this lunge position and then just go down and up and try to have the front knee in 90 degree angle and exhale on the way up. So you know stay in exactly the same position but this time you go just halfway down, all the way down, halfway up, and all the way up again for 10 reps.
Now from this position again, go slowly down and then fast up, slowly down and fast up.
And now I am going to just diverse of movements and I am going to do fast down and slowly up.
So now when I am finished with my right leg, I am going to do the same on my let leg, and I am going to do the whole thing three times which gives me 120 reps for each leg.
