Sarah: Hey everyone, welcome to my calorie minute. I am Sarah, your host and once again I am with Stephen Cabral, Body Transmission Expert. You have heard of six minute Abs, two minute Abs. Well today Stephen is going to show me, as well as all of you, one minute Abs.
Stephen Cabral: Alright, so the first exercise you are going to do today, you are going to slide your hands underneath your hips or so underneath your goots, legs are out straight and you are going to lift your legs about six inches off the ground. If you are just starting out, lift your legs higher. That will give your lower back an arch. Now when you have come all the way above your hips and then right back down slow.
So I am going to start the time at 20 seconds. Five seconds before we switch into Toe Taps and Toe Taps right now, we are going to have you reach for your toes, alright. So feet above, crunch that as high with your hands, reaching up towards your toes and only come back about a-half-an inch, so right back up.
Hands on the temples and legs at right angles, so we are going to go into Bicycle Crunches. So right above to the left knee, make sure you don't rock side to side but instead you crunch up and twist into that knee. Straight leg lifts, Toe taps, Bicycle crunches, one big Ab triceps, one minute of Abs.
