I may give you two quick tips on getting 100% of your phone calls returned, 100%. The first one is to my book sale bible you call up on the phone you leave half of the message, you pretend like you cut off and hang up. Here is how it works, “Hey this is Jeffrey 704-333-1112. I was speaking with a couple of your biggest competitors yesterday they are talking about you and they said and you hang up.” Oh! Jeffrey that is not very professional.
Right but it is fun and your not have fun on that I am not calling you back anyway are they? What do you got to lose? But here is the best one I ever created you hire your kid to get your sales call returned. You send somebody to proposal, you send people proposal do you? And you call on this is how in aim your sales processes. You call on the phone and say, “I sent you a proposal and I was calling to see if you had any questions.”
You do not care if they have questions you just want the money. Is not that right? I am calling about the money it is ready? Can I come and get it! Want you just be honest with him tell him what you want. Well, weeks go by and they wont returned your call, Jesus I wonder why. You hire your kid how many people with the seven eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, year old raise your hand, perfect.
Here are the calls sounds, “Hi my name is Billy my dad send you a proposal about three weeks ago and who is your real good one I read in all he is really good and he is been calling you for three weeks. And you have not returned his calls and I am open I cannot go to college.” I want to make two wagers, Wager number one your calls going to returned in under 20 minutes. Wager number two if that company has any kind of sophisticated voice mail system your kids’ message is going to get forwarded all around the world.
