My name is Marcus Monroe, I am a professional juggler. I have been juggling for 13 years now. I am 21 years old. I started when I was around the age of eight or nine and today I will teach you how to jug of three balls. So, get three balls find three balls about as big as the tennis ball a little smaller not too big depending on how your hands are and we are going to begin.
So, the first step to juggling three balls is to take one ball and put them one of your hands and make sure your arms are shoulder length apart and you feet are shoulder length apart as well and you want to make sure that your arms are bent in a 90degree angle. Extend to the side you can see how my arms are bent. You know each throw you want to make with a ball should look like this, that is all that is the emotion for one, two, and three balls. That is all you do, is throw a ball and catch it but when you throw you want it to kind give us a little scoop sometimes and the ball should not go much higher than your head.
The apex of the ball is like the climax the highest point of the ball. The balls throw should be right here at your head, it should be like symmetrical to your body to your nose. So, it should not break-right right here and start coming down right in the middle of your face.
So, once you have this down and your not moving your feet and you do not have to go like this to catch it, you do not want to these because that is not very good. You want to have a nice posture, stay relax, maybe turn on some music, straighten your knees and once you get this down then your ready
