I am more confident in starting in two balls with one ball in each hand and let us start with my right hand, start throwing my right hand. So, I will throw the first ball just I like I did with one ball, but when the ball gets here, it is Apex, what we are talking about before right where the ball comes down, that is when I throw the second ball and like that.
So, a lot of people think juggling is going is like this, like hand enough balls to each others side but that is not the right way. This is not juggling. So if you see someone doing this, you are like, yo man, that is not what you are doing, you are doing it wrong.
So, what you really want to do is go throw, throw, catch, catch. Throw, throw, catch, catch, you are crossing them, you are making an X. So, as soon as this ball gets here, throw this ball. Okay, so let us try that again. Throw, throw, catch, catch, throw, throw, catch, catch
I like to say out loud what I am doing just so I know it like kind of helps me figure out what I am doing, you might look crazy if you are by yourself and somebody walks in and see you talking to yourself. But trust me, it helps, you will be a better juggler than they will. So, throw, throw, catch, catch, and throw, throw, catch, catch, Throw, throw, catch, catch, throw, throw, catch, catch, throw, throw, catch, catch. And just try this, you know get relax, you can bring it down a little bit if you feel like it or you can bring it up.
But again, if you decide to bring it down or throw the balls higher, you should not be all over the place you know, you want to stay in one spot, one position and this is a good technique, a good technique to master.
So, that is two balls and I am going to show you what it looks like from the side so you can see my arms bent. I did not clean the floor but I do want to show you another exercise you can do if you are having trouble with two balls. Do not worry about your catches right now because if you have good throws, your catches will be perfect because your hands will be there to catch the ball. An exercise I like to do when I am starting two balls here, when I have started two balls, let us take a look at this. Take two balls, feet shoulder length apart, throw, throw, catch, catch and see how the ball has landed. See how they landed, look at my feet and they landed about seven inches away from my feet, on both feet. Alright, so let us try that again.
Throw, throw, catch, catch. See, it is like a mirror image of each other, it is perfect. Look at that, that is how I like it, perfect.
