When you see people juggling four balls, you are maybe like, “Wow! That is really, really hard, but if you look at it, all I am doing is simply two balls outside circles with my right hand and two balls outside circles with my left hand. Okay, the balls do not cross.
Alright, so, when you practice, you practice with the two balls in your right hand doing what’s called outside circles. Then you really want to make sure that the ball stays on the right side of your body. You don’t want the balls crossing over. Alright, so you want to make sure those balls stay out there.
The tough part for most people is working on their weak hand—in my case, it’s the left hand. And this is where you have a tendency doing like crossover and the balls get mixed up. So you really got to work hard and really be cautious, and think keep those balls on the outside.
Once you feel comfortable with this, there are several ways you can actually juggle four balls. You can do a simultaneous start. Notice that the balls are going up at the same time, okay?
You can do a staggered start, so I am actually going to throw one ball and when the first ball gets to the top, I throw my right hand.
And the key here is just practice and try to make sure that the balls on your right hand and the left hand don’t cross in the middle. So you really want to stay wide as possible.
