Hey there! It’s Blair, the love guru. And I’m hiking and I’m drenched because it’s been raining out here. But I got some inspiration as I was walking and I thought I would bring the tip straight to you guys. This has to do with using the word never. And you should never use the word never especially when it comes to dating.
Let me give you an example. I used to be a big club girl. I loved night life and I used to say I am never going to stop clubbing. Well, it’s been many years and notice I already go anymore and it’s just not happening. Next thing, I used to be a big, big gym rock. I loved working out and I used to say I’m going to never stop lifting. Well, it’s been many months and not lifting anymore. And I decided I like different things right now to work out.
So now, when this comes to dating, do you ever say, “Oh, I’m never going to date an older man or I’m never going to date a younger guy or I’m never going to date somebody out of my religion.” Just watch when you say those things. I really think the word never should be removed from the English dictionary, out of the English language because you really want to watch when you say those things. Usually when you do say something like that, the universe is going to come around and open your mind.
