How to make Chicken Wings

Hi, I’m Hope and I’m going to be baking Finger-licking good chicken wings. Okay, first. We have some soy sauce or you can use teriyaki, whichever one you like. That is two cups. You have that right there and then we have some honey. You’ve got to love the honey and now, we have—here’s ginger and chopped ginger. You want to chop it or you could use powder if you like. You have to use a little butter and powder and now, you’re going to mix it altogether. You want to get all mixed up. Now, you’re going to take the wings. The most important part and you’re going to pour the soy sauce, ginger and honey in there. And now, you have spoon—I need that. I have a little story to tell you. When I was young, my brother, he played on the football and baseball teams and after we would win a game, we would go to a wings place and we’d eat wings and my dad taught me how to lick the bone clean. Literally! Okay, now we are going to—we’re done stirring. We are going to take this over here and make sure you always wash your hands after you're done with the wings and before you’re cooking. So we’re going to just place the wings on to the baking pan and you can bake them or you can grill them, whichever way you like and now we’re going to place some more wings on and on, they smell really good, trust me. Over here, you’d be—oh my gosh! You're going to eat it! Here we go, they're done. Let’s put it in the oven. Smells good! I’m telling you, it smells good and this over here, right over here, this is the best thing in the whole world. This looks really good! Here it is.
