Today I am going to show you how to make chocolate molten cakes. Oh! These are going to be so wonderful, and you know what, what actually makes this so easy is in fact log on to kraft.com first. They really have the recipes. So to do this start with four eggs, one cup of powdered sugar, and six tablespoons of flour and we are going to have got so much to do with bakers chocolate and I want 4 ounces of that, all along with a half cup butter.
So let's get started, we are going to take our butter and we are going to dump it in the bowl right here. Okay and then, look at this, I have got all this butter, this is left on the wrapper, what I think is a good idea or good way to use this up is to butter our dishes with it.
Now I am going to take four ounces of this baker's chocolate, toss this in the microwave for about one minute, perfect. Okay. So take this out and we are going to simply stir with a whip. Okay. Now we are going to simply put in a one cup of powdered sugar, stir that up completely. Now it's time for the eggs, do this, what I would like to do, is simply crack the egg, and just hold it over this bowl and let the whites just fall in there and rock the yolk back and forth. Perfect, and then we just are going to take that in there.
Alright, so we have our egg yolks in here, stir that in, put it in our complete eggs and then finally I am going to take our six tablespoons of flour, put that in and then instead of using the wired whisk, we are going to use a spatula and just kind of stir in the flour. So I have got a little ramekin cups and we are just going to divide it this evenly amongst them. Then we bake them at 4:25 for about 10 minutes.
Oh I am pouring a little extra, to our chocolate molten cakes, what I like to do is just put out some walnuts and whenever they are fresh it's best. Alright and our molten cakes are done, and you can take them out, I can see that their centers are soft and edges are not. So that's perfect, and we will have to sit about for a minute, and then we are going to finish it off of course with the Kraft Cool Whip and we are going to sprinkle it with some walnuts. This is got to be one of my absolute favorite desserts. That is so good.
