What I going to demonstrate how do you make Crab Rangoon for us today? And here are the simple ingredients for crab Rangoon. Very easy, a four year old can possibly do this. So we have sour cream, cream cheese, make sure your cream cheese are soften, one ton shells we have a shout, garlic I have some of it imported pepper new peppers from South Africa, green onions and of course this swimming blue crab. You combine all these ingredients soften that up, that’s how make sure is put together; let’s scoop about a table spoon. In your one ton shell grab some water and over the edges like that just like so. And folded it into a triangle, squeeze the ends like that that’s why you’re using the water. Set in into 330 degree wok deep fry and let it go this almost like take about five to ten seconds. You want to flip it about once maybe twice and like I said one have a golden brown just like this only here.
