Sophia: This is my homemade English coffee
Mom: Excellent so if it is only we need more butter so I have got to go over here and get more butter. Oh there is the butter and here is the super secret family recipe. And now we are back here to Sophia the cook extraordinaire who is going to put in one more stick of butter.
Sophia: Mom do not you get anymore pictures, that takes out.
Mom: Oh, they want to see the action, they want to see the butter going in.
Sophia: I will except that I do not want you to take any pictures okay.
Mom: I am, I am making a movie of you making homemade English coffee.
Sophia: This is homemade English toffee. If you come over to eat it, I hope you like it. If you come to eat it with us, it is awesome. My mom would probably get two or three times a year we all we ate it at posting stand.
Mom: And what are you making and what are you doing right now?
Sophia: I am putting the butter in here.
Mom: A whole stick of butter? How many sticks of butter are in there?
Sophia: Four.
Mom: Four? Oh, my gosh, let us look inside the pot now, go ahead and give it a good stir. And why do we put the butter in one at a time?
Sophia: Because if we put it all in together, it would take even longer to do.
Mom: Right, very good.
Sophia: Mom, can I have a napkin to work off all the butter stuff I have here?
Mom: Show everyone the butter in your hands.
Sophia: I am spreading the chocolate around. If you look at that one it is not really melty because this is milk chocolate but that is some other kind of chocolate. I do not know what kind of---
Mom: So this is the before and after and our minute is almost up. Do you have any last thoughts about spreading the chocolate Sophia?
Sophia: It is fun, it looks really cool and it is so sweaty and [Muffled] equally. Merry Christmas to all, and to house too, goodnight.
Mom: Thank you Sophia.
Okay here is Sophia we are picking up where we left off, now that she melted the chocolate, it is time for the nuts, show them your good job?
Sophia: In the chocolate? [Voice overlap]
Mom: And what is your special technique Sophia? How are you putting the nuts in?
Sophia: Well, first I used spoon like this and like that and then [Muffled]
Mom: Okay and who is over here today?
Sophia: My little brother Jackson but he is not a really good cook but sometimes he helps us.
Mom: And what are you doing Jack?
Jackson: Eating the chocolate chips.
Mom: Eating the chocolate chips, that is Jackson’s job. Okay mom is going to zoom in over here and show everybody a completed batch of English toffee, ready to go outside. Oh, Jackson.
Sophia: For the last step is for us to make it up. Some of the [Muffled] will come other stuff so [voice overlap]
Mom: Let us see that, let me have a look it real close. Okay so you break them up into pieces and put them in the bowl, right?
Sophia: Probably about [Muffled] flavor or medium just a little bit bigger. But this piece, this is way too big, you cut it like this.
Mom: Okay, very good. I am going to go check on your helper Jackson and see what he is up to.
Jackson: Hope you have---
