How to make Indian Meat Ball Curry

Speaker: Two medium onions, some cilantro, garlic and ginger. The onions, cilantro, garlic and ginger, all chopped up finally with this magic knife. Two tablespoons of besan, chickpea flour, roasted lightly. One teaspoon cilantro seeds, half teaspoon cumin roasted on a tava. The onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, besan and what else do we put in the -- the cumin and dhania seed which is the cilantro seed, roasted all mixed together.

Now I am going to add the mystery ingredient which we haven't spoken about till now. The mystery stuff is, boiled red potatoes mashed. Everything mixed up. Bring some water to a boil and add the meatballs to it. Tomato cut with the bread knife, freshly chopped tomatoes on the boiled meatballs. Add a bit of milk and bring to a simmer. Finally some freshly chopped cilantro leaves added to the curry.
