How to make March Madness Chicken Wings

How to make March Madness Chicken Wings All right, how are you doing today? Today we are going to cook chicken for kicking off, March madness, NCAA basketball championship series with some good food to eat while you're watching basketball. You can have your friends over. You can invite more weeks ahead. I don’t have just one thing for you. We’re not just still cook chicken on the grill today no one knows. We’re going to have quarter of a pound chicken. I’m going to fry chicken, BBQ chicken, Teriyaki chicken and hot wings. Also we’re going to have chicken strips, cooked Buffalo wing style for me very good. While people will cook of course I’ll first start with these basics you know. We always use pepper to spice up our chicken on both sides. We flip it over and did the other side. Try to save time, trying to get a video inside 10 minutes and cook four to five chickens. All right, what are we going to do now is we’re going to try but if we don’t maybe break it up two of the video and we’ll see what happens. There are a lot of people who might invite people over. They’re going to have some kind of chips and dip making some nacho, making some bean that they will have some little dip word that was happen too. We’re dipping meat, we are not dipping chips. We like the meat like I use sour right but they use a little bit of garlic powder, onion powder and Italian sauce. Now we have all chicken spice up, we’re going to separate out and divide up into different parts. Okay now our first batch chicken, we’re going to teriyaki the chicken. So I spice them up earlier. I found it to we’re not take teriyaki sauce, if you want I’ll put the ingredients on the screen here for you. You make now teriyaki sauce if you like. All right we make the easy way. I prepare today with what I’ve always used Kikkoman’s teriyaki sauce. It’s really good and very correct. All right you can see we make sure that our chicken is covered, have some pineapple in there. All the chicken is pretty much merged now in our liquid and they’re going to soak with that flavor to sit and I’m going to put the lid on them and put them in the refrigerator for about an hour. We’re going to spread chicken straight and like that. This is my buttered chicken. I have flour on it. Spicing up, just roll it to the flour, dip it free into the oil and just fry the chicken, I fry it very quick. Small fire for about 10 minutes and it will be done a little piece but not with the bigger pieces away but it took longer but in little piece they won’t take a whole long. So here we’ll set unbuttered chicken, I’ll put strip to the heat unbuttered and fry it up a lot slow. There’s all that moisture on the chicken that bring me up back into the oil. Well, I think that’s about to it. These really have to so much trying to look good, trying to look done. It’s looking like a good leg. Okay we’re going to put BBQ sauce to this leg you know I don’t believe they will lose, they’ll warm you. Chicken strip fry pretty quick. We got by taking them out, a little better done. They look done, pretty much they are done. If they are not done and we’re going to cook more anyway. We’re not done here with the one we did in butter. We still have to put hot sauce. On each they have butter and hot sauce and have dipping sauce for it too. See they’re very, very good. I like the chicken strips and then some thin loin chicken. They had them all sale at the store. You have to pay for a dollar on 8 a pound. A pound goes 4 pound there. First I’m going to fry up the second batch each one of this pan too. Remember we take our strip chicken. It has got flour in it, just floured chicken no big deal and we spice them up and just take it right through the heat. Okay now we’ve got out teriyaki at the refrigerator, teriyaki chicken. We are going to take our grease that we use for unbuttered chicken back here. This is the grease that we just cooked the legs in and the strips and now I’m going to take our teriyaki as made a big mess but that is my job whenever I got married, my wife said she did not like to cook and I say, “Well, I like to clean” so I make a mess, cooking it, you clean it we got a deal. She says deal and she’s always agreed at that because I do make a bigger mess. You know I’m frying six more to clean up than it does to cook but I make good food and she’s always good and happy about it. Make me happy, makes everybody happy. And I’ve been up cook all the way through. I can put them in the oven with some more teriyaki sauce and finish them off. All with my butter few legs I want to. That is going to be all right. I'm just going to keep a watch on it and keep stirring them because I don’t want them to burn. I won’t let it done but I don’t want to burn that really changes the whole grease. The grease has run for anything else now. You have to throw it out you took out the wings for quite, put the teriyaki wings last like. I cook everything else. Everybody is looking really, really good. I’m going to show you how we are going to cook the hot wings and finish off with the hot wings, BBQ wings or legs. If you look right down here the chicken, fried chicken and over here is our chicken legs and strips and then we’re going to make it hot. We’re going to make a BBQ. Here is our teriyaki and getting ready to come up and that was quick cook. I had the grease so hot. Probably didn’t take them 5 minutes to cook. Like I said I’ll try them out. Do not done in the middle like I like them up in the oven on low, just a little while with some more teriyaki sauce then we’ll add more flavor make sure its done so everybody likes it. You don’t need raw chicken here, usually it will. It can be very, very good. I like some teriyaki chicken wings. You wouldn’t believe how wonderful these things are after you marinate them in the pineapple and the teriyaki sauce and all of that like I did for over an hour. I thought merely about an hour and a half. It just soak the flavor, it is just wonderful. All we got to do was spice up our chicken. We fried it about anything on it and just spice it with that marinade spices. We fried it in that new grease. Spice it about now, we’re going to put into any kind of pan. You can put into the oven. It doesn’t matter. I was using my 10-inch pan. Use the pan I use to make cornbread and let’s going to pour BBQ sauce all over those legs and I will save a little BBQ sauce for dipping and then I’m going to spread BBQ sauce all over my leg. Make sure they’re all covered with BBQ sauce and once I did it and turn over again that BBQ sauce. Make sure you got BBQ all over it. I‘m going to throw in the oven and call it all butters that I have which was about a stick and a half of butter and I’m going to take Texas Pete, pretty much all the Texas Pete that I have and put it right with the butter. This is going to be my salt because I want them cook in, this is also going be well and dip now. The sauce will be my dipping sauce. Okay now you see we had our butter and we have our Texas Pete. You can use Tabasco and burning out. Those are Texas Pete is hot sauce, whatever you like, whatever you think is good flavor. Put it with some real butter and just put your chicken in there just like that. So add your chicken and stir it around a little bit. Put in there. All I want to do is get a good it and coated, oh men that’s so hot. I can smell it. It’s making me want to sneeze and all kind of thing you wouldn’t believe. We’re going on there. We just keep coat them in there. We just want to keep them all coated, get everybody coated with the sauce and that’s it. I hope we coated with the sauce, put it back on the plate and they’re ready to eat. And now we have our chicken and we have kind of chicken that’s wonderful. I can’t wait to eat some of this chicken. All right I’ll show what this looks like up close. That is our hot, spicy chicken right there. It looks very, very good. Next to it we have our BBQ chicken. We use Marissa’s mustard base BBQ sauce, always wonderful and also our chicken legs. This is chicken teriyaki. We marinate it in teriyaki sauce and then fry them and then put them in the oven and we’ll dip in teriyaki sauce when we eat them and then right next to that we have our fried chicken. We spice it up and then embedded in flour and then roll it and put on the grease and fry it. And there’s our BBQ sauce for dipping, a white, country gravy for dipping, hot sauce for dipping and teriyaki sauce for dipping.
