Sharon: Now, we're making the Hummus Masabacha.
The Masabacha is basically a mixture of the chickpeas itself with the Hummus. He's putting some chickpeas. He's going to mix it. He's putting the Hummus inside the plate, when it already has been mixed. Now, it's the famous circle. Now, you may place in order to put some chickpeas on the top, for the flavor and for the beauty of it.
Now, he is putting the green sauce. We use the special sauce that we make here that's made of most of it by putting lemon. He's taking a half-boiled egg and putting on the top of the Hummus, putting some spices, adding some parsley. Now, he is putting a new thing here on the menu, it's called roasted pine nuts. It's going very well with the pine nuts and there you have it, Hummus Masabacha, one with egg and one without.
