To prep, lightly dip your fingers in rice vinegar so that the rice doesn't stick to your fingers. Let's slow it down, concentrate. Put the rice on its topping by squeezing its side and pressing down. Rotate and squeeze until the rice is securely attached to its topping. Don't squeeze so hard that the rice falls apart. There are many different shapes that the rice can be sculpted as, so play around and enjoy yourself. That's it you are done.
