Hello! My name is Madeline and today I'll be making Popover Balloons. Popover Balloons is a simple recipe. It only has five ingredients. Well, my favorite thing about it is because the outside is crispy and the inside is nicely and fluffy.
Well, I am going to get started. First, you need to wash your hands which I have done. Then you need to preheat the oven at 425. After you have done that, you spray your pan. Let me go get the spray. You could grease it but I like to spray it.
Once you have done that, you can open the blender and take your ingredients. Always start with the liquid ingredients. One and a fourth cup of milk, three eggs, and the melted butter, two tablespoons. Once you have done that, you put the blender's top on and put it on high for a minute.
Alright. Then you take your dry ingredients, of one cup of flour and half teaspoon of salt. Then you put it back on the lid and put it in for another minute. Then you take your mix and put it into your muffin tin. You can put it up to about two-thirds of the muffin. Make sure you put it in for a full minute when you are blending it because if you don't then the popovers won't go as big and huge as they would before.
Can I have a spoon? Can I have a filled one? Then you take it and put it into your oven that was preheated, for about 15 minutes on each side or you flip the other one or until golden brown. This is what they look like once you're done.
You can take the popovers out of the pan, then just rip them open. They are nice and big and fluffy. Once you have done that, you take your Nutella or whatever you like. Popovers are so easy. You can put anything in it. I like putting Italian raspberries or the Indian berries, they're both fine with me. But it's whatever you like.
