How to make Stretch Marks Disappear

TonyaTko: Hello, my lovers TonyaTko here. Today, we're going to about stretch mark. So, now I'm here to talk about them, but I'm going to show you my method of how I got rid of them. I first noticed that I started getting stretching marks when I was about 13 years old and I started going through puberty and I noticed that I got stretch marks around my hip and buttock area as they were growing out into adolescence. I just took it of over the right to passage and I doubt with it, I live with it. Then when I joined the track team, I noticed that I started getting stretch marks around the inner part or the inside of my knees and also on the back of my calf. And as I went up and down in weight you know as my muscle are bigger as my fat gets smaller, I noticed that I started getting stretch marks in other areas; behind my arms on my breast, on my thighs and as I went for my transformation of a women, I notice that a greater portion of my body was actually covered in stretch marks. And that was what it was. Now, I'm not going to say, this idea just came out of my mind from No way book. I read a book when I was a teenager, I think it must got disappearing accent, the women inside the book had a bad case of eczema and what she would use was olive on her skin, but she didn't like it because of the smell of the olive oil and she was embraced because of it. It kind of stayed dormant in my mind, so I become an adult. And I couldn't find moisturize that I would stay inside my skin, I tried coconut oil, I tried lotions, I tried coco butter everything, but it would just all evaporate. So, I got back to the books that I read when I was younger and I decided to try olive oil, and I tried olive oil, I have a bottle right here. I tried olive oil on my skin -- olive oil is kind of expensive this bottle is like almost $20. Right? So, it was very dear, so I didn't want to use a lot of olive oil because I was going to a lot of olive oil putting it on my skin and I came across of some African street vendors who were s selling this yellow, it look like a cushion, they were selling this yellow block thing. It looks like a cushion, but when I touch it was hard as than what it was and it was Shea butter. So, I took the Shea butter and I mixed it with the olive oil, and then I stared rubbing that on myself just as a moisturizer and I don't know when it happen, but one day somebody commented on the fact that I don't have stretch mark, then I was like adult and I look down. And I did it. So, I've been experimenting with this over the past three years and I've learnt -- and it takes about six months to make stretch marks go away. I'm going to show you my recipe. First, you need a bottle, you need some pure African Shea butter, I got I have mine in the top, but if you can find the pure rock one even without dirt on it that's the best, and some olive oil. Any type of olive is fine and a loofah sponge. Now listen, I'm all about getting back to the natural, so whatever we can use that comes from mother earth, its what I wanted to use on our body so forget expensive Shea butter mixtures, forget all of that, let's get back to the natural. So, if you know that a sponge is animal that lives in the water and when it desists, its dead outside and above that doesn't it. But this is a natural sponge, it stretches up, it's kind of flat right now. But what you're going to do is you are going to get those sponge and when you bath you are going on -- hopefully, you're using some or magical soaps or something like that and you are just going to use this as you shower, you are just going to aloof all your body with it, with your regular soaps, and you are just going to well this is when you do is this going to help exfoliate you. I'm going to show you because I don't have stretch marks. I will show you, I will show you. Look. Some of these were mine underneath here, some of these were my problem areas and they are all gone, but they're going to do is when you go into the shower, you just going to loofah every way out, well in that every way, but you know everywhere one outside of your skin because the loofah is its tough when its tried, but when you moisten it up, it feels great and it gives you a nice massage. What you are going to do is you are going to prepare before you get into the shower. This is my Shea butter right here, now the reason why I wanted you to get that is that's a pure African Shea butter is because its not processed or it's minimally processed, if you go find them on with the dirt on it, it does not process and that will, that's the best right there. So look, this is what the Shea butter mixture and olive oil is going to look like inside your jar when it's cold, it's going to be a solid in that. Hold on, let me, I'll show you what I'm doing right now. So, I'm just going to pick a bigger junks of this, its really hard and when I put this inside my bottle, any bottle will do as long as it has a spout on it. I'm just going to put this inside the bottle, a whole mess up, you just use as much as you can. Here we go. You see, it's kind of it's clunky in you, you really want to get that of real pure African Shea butter that's what I was therefore telling you. Alright, here we go. You guys noted that gone up and down in anyway. And this will -- it will diminish your stretch mark, if you stop using it, you will notice the difference, but I don't use it every day, but I should all the way down. I use it whenever I, I use it few times a week. But you know, if you use this as a lotion, if you use this in replace of your lotion, it evaporates on your skin very easily. You know I put in on, and then I grab myself in my towel by the time I get back to my room and I start getting dressed. Some of this has gotten on the towel, it doesn't seem as pain to me, I mean this all natural stuff. And whatever is left on my skin seems to do the trick, you know because I don't mind to wait around for it dry it. I wash and go. Alright, here we go. So, now I have a great deal of this in there. And this Shea butter can go on your skin just as it is, it's a wonderful moisturizer smell, and it's so much better that cocoa butter. It kind of has a cocoa butter, cocoa butterish plate or that kind of smell really. Alright, so here I have the Shea butter inside the bottle, now I'm just going to take my olive oil and this is just as what I do in my method. I just add in this right here is extra virgin first cold press olive oil. Do you hear that? So, I just pour it, and actually you can see that, but not the olive oil is in there. I just, I mean I pour it to a little bit higher than the height of the Shea butter inside the bottle. What I do is I just close that back up, and then I give it a good shake. And you see it's starting to turn all green and stuffing in it. It'll start to break that bottle inside, so shake that up nice and good, shake it as much as you can, shake it until it breaks up inside there, shake it as much as you can. Alright, so there we go. Now, we have a solidish type of mixture, which is -- and if you can you see that like the Shea butter have kind of broken up here. Now, what you do is you apply it liberally, you don't skimp on it, put it all on it. Put it on anywhere where you have stretch mark problem; see how it comes out, its like a greenish kind of either rub that together, and you just put it anywhere were you might have stretch mark problem. You put it or you can everywhere on your legs, on your feet, on your back, on your arms, its all naturals, you can put it on your face, and you just you apply it everywhere that you can think off as you just have some stretch marks inside here. You just make sure, if you rub it in to the areas where you have the stretch mark. I have some stretch marks back there, I have some there, I don't want them to return and you can -- after you concentrate on the stretch mark where as you can put it all over your body as a moisturizer, but just make sure you rub it into the spots. What you do is one, you get inside the shower with your loofah then you're not going to be using a loofah with your oil okay? You guys have a shower which you look for your bath. After you finished bathing, you pat right, and then you put this on your skin. Now, let me give you one last tip that I do that will help you out. This mixture is going to turn solid, when it's inside your bathroom, cold and along. So, what you do is you just take this mixture and you just - you take the bottle and you drop it into the shower on the bottom, you can put it down on the bottom or you just shower before you take a shower and you just turn the water on. The heat from the water while you're taking a shower will melt this for you, so by the time you finish taking your shower, your mixture will be ready for you and you just put it on every and anywhere and you need to do this every day for six months, and then at the end of six months or even in the middle of six months, you'll notice that your stretch mark are decreasing by the end of six months that you should be mainly gone. So, make sure you're using because our skin is alive, our skin is the biggest organ that we have and each day of constantly shedding and we building itself. So, what you're going to do is you're going to slop of the upper dead skin cell layout where you feel looser, and then you're going to moisturize your skin and just growing back.
