I am sorry to say, making Turkish coffee this way is wrong on so many levels. But he is lucky to have right equipment so it works out fine. :)

this is not a turkish coffee that you import from israil. plus you need a much cleaner kitchen to BOIL your coffee in ,not to cook it!!!!

....correction.... This not a real Turkish coffee making.You have to stir the coffee continuesly when cooking,and when bubbles become more and more your Turkish is ready at that time.Then the most important think is the cup it must be more smaller.You have to buy a traditional Turkish cup(called fincan in Turkish)

How to make Turkish coffee

Speaker: Now, we're preparing the Turkish coffee, okay. I think here Sharon is taking a tablespoon of Turkish coffee, spiced with cardamom that we have imported from Israel. He's adding it to the findžan and what Sharon is preparing right now is the two cups of coffee. He is now adding hot water in to cook it on the heater, stirring the coffee to make sure it's evenly spread. Before the coffee boils, we add a teaspoon of sugar to the coffee and for this cup. It's for two, so we have added two teaspoons, again, stirring the coffee. It's ready to drink.
