—Button. Welcome back to my cooking show. It’s supper time presented by callingachef.com, powered by Sunkist and Blue Bunny ice cream.
Today, I want to thank—Blue Bunny Ice Cream and—with Sunkist to make my show possible. They help me out on some of the ideas where I got going on. I’m going to do a simple blue berry since they’re very seasonal right now in the summer time. I’m going to do a blue berry crumbled pie. Here’s what we have. Very simple pie crust. A ground cracker crust, 10 gram crackers, some butter. Put that together. For the crumb—on the crumble topping, I have some cubed one stick of butter, some brown sugar, sugar, salt, cinnamon and flour. You combine all these ingredients and then be like a crumbled like what I was just saying.
Now for the blue berries, the blue berries, say that three times, you want to combine all your ingredients here just like so with the flour. Cut one lemon. Make sure you get the seeds out. Squeeze all the lemon juice out of the lemon if you can. There we go—very simple and alright. Combine these ingredients together like so.
Make a little bit of more lemon juice so you can get it out. Very nice—it in here in your pie crust. Grab your topping like so.
Like I said, when you make this crumble topping, you have that so store in the freezer bag. And it’s good up to three months. Put this in the oven for 400 degrees. Let that go for about an hour. This would put the end result is and go out.
Now for the ice cream part, I got my pie crust nice and ready. See how good we did here. Put it on like so and maybe garnish it. Again, from the chocolate. I appreciate—with the Blue Bunny—with the ice cream. Well, anytime you need something like this catered, very simple recipe for the dessert, give me a shout out, call on the chef.com. Thank you and honest day.
