How to make a Porcelain Pot with a Stained Clay Marble Effect

What is up YouTube! Today we are going to make a marbled pot. This time, however, we are just going to use the same clay body. We are just going to stain it with Mason stains to give us different colors so we are going to start by taking our block of clay and cutting it into six pieces. Okay, so we have our six pieces. We are going to take three of them and save them for later. Set them aside.

Now I have got my three pieces of porcelain. I am going to use blue, black and kind of dark red color. I am going to wedge those colors into each piece of clay. There you have it. We have blue, black and red. We are going to take those along with the three other pieces that we left unstained and stock them like this and gently wedge back together. There we go.

Okay, now we are going to throw this on the wheel and make something with it.
