To much oil! And you have to take care with details, you cant add salt to oil like this way :S And, that music is muslim, not spanish. After watch this video, i´m thinking about making a real spanish omelette tutorial.

Please Spain is not a muslim country, Please you can put spanish musiclike dover, or something of flamenco o mopre groups, but arab music is wrong baby. some people add green peper cutted to the Spanish omellette, and please add the salt when you are the mix of potatoes and eggs. hello from spain

Tortilla espanola. Spanish omelet. Cut onions into large chunks. Olive oil, salt. Fry onions till glassy. Cut potatoes into squares. Fry potatoes with onions, 15-25 minutes depending on quantity. Take the potatoes and onions out of oil. Use a cloth to better drain the oil off. Leave a little oil in the pan.

Scramble two eggs, more for large tortillas. Mix fried potatoes and onions with eggs. Flip tortilla with a plate. Flip again.
