HOW TO MAKE A POTATO LAUNCHER.
This is an emergency. Please connect me to the True Valley Hardware Store immediately. I need a favor. Give me a dozen glow sticks, put them in first register by the door, I will be there, I swear to God, I will be there in four minutes.
I don't have the Engineering background to verify that that's going to work safely. So what we have got here is a 4X3 sanitary T, with three inch plug, and we have drilled to allow us to get, to make the ignition device to be inserted, to be able to light the fuel, the propellant in this case is Hair Spray. We like Aqua Net because it seems to have a little more better hold than some of the other brands in the market.
So down at the bottom of the four inch T, is what we did, is we put some bushings and some plugs, and we have got a two inch, and a two by one-and-half reducer here, reducer, I can get to the one-and-half-inch tube. So what we have done on the end of this, normally we chip potatoes out of this. So we file down the edge, that allows the potato to be cored as it is inserted into the end of the one-and-half inch PVC pipe.
I took this two glow sticks, we interlocked them, right. Just like that. Okay, then we wrapped succeeding layers of duct tape and paper towels around the joint to hold it, and we mashed the diameter of the inside of the pipe.
