Cheeseburgers are the All-American summertime comfort food. With the variety of toppings, you will make this burger all season long.
Start by preheating the grill to medium heat. In a large bowl, put one pound of ground beef, combine one egg, three tablespoons of fine dry breadcrumbs, two teaspoons of onion powder, two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, one teaspoon of garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredient together with your hands. Now, divide the mixture into quarters and shape into patties.
Grill the burgers about six to eight minutes on each side. If you take the burgers off the heat, add a slice of your favorite cheese during the last minute of cooking.
Now, you can lightly toast your buns. Serve with your choice with lettuces, tomatoes, onions, pickles and ketchup.
Nothing says barbeque more than in All-American cheeseburger.
