Priscilla: Hello everyone. My name is Priscilla and welcome to 3 Minute Meals. Here we are going to be making some Shrimp Scampi with Penne Pasta. Here we have half a pound of shrimp already peeled and left the tail on, it could be either on or off at your preference. I have two cups of penne pasta, three garlic cloves nice and chopped, one stick of butter, one Roma tomato nice and chopped, two pinches of pepper, three pinches of salt, take a season of your liking, a teaspoon of seasoning also to your liking and for little extra kick I have some crushed red pepper.
So you could add them at whatever, whatever selection you want. Just put some pepper in and then I am going to put the salt. Then you have the seasoning, the shrimp seasoning, I have my measures of my -- the chili in here. Mix this really quick. Now, you can add all the chili. You can add as much raw chili you want I recommend it, is turning brown now, okay now we are going to add all of our pasta.
Like I said, you don't have to add it all. You could add as much as little you want. Now, I think it's smelling a little better, okay so now you are going to want to add the tomatoes. The tomatoes are just a little bit strained. Okay so now it's ready, nice and reduce shrimp, you can turn of the heat. I will go ahead and try this. So now I am ready to taste it.
Oh you can also -- I have some Romano cheese, add a little bit. You are ready. I am going myself. It is so good. Oh but hot, but it's good. Well, I finished here getting back to grab on.
