How to perform prep drills for soccer

This next drill is a drill that we use primarily with our soccer players that incorporates ankle, knee, and hip stability, it's called a single like alphabet. We use it during warm-ups and during the end of a workout just to work on pre having that entire area.

So what you'll do is stand on one leg and then begin to write the alphabet as big and as fast as you can, all the way up until Z. The better you get at this, the more you can add a little bit more stability. So you can take off the shoe. You can stand on a pillow. Anything that you add on a different surface will add to that stability, and that single leg alphabet.
