The video stops where I'm stuck. I have unloosened the jamb nut from beneath the sink as described. Now, how do I remove thepart on the sink side from the threaded body under the sink?

How to remove and replace pop up on bath sink

You just connect, keep loosen it and turn it until it goes all the way down to the last thread. And there is a reason that we are doing this and the reason is so that it will allow us—allow a free space to move the pop-up, up into the sink. And then we can get the other end from the other side of the sink with our channel-lock pliers. And what I am doing here now is just trying to loosen it up so that I can push it up into the sink. Okay, now we have got the mounting bunt, back up flushed to the sink and now we going to look on the other side and you will see what I was talking about to give us the space that we need to--.
