Arun Khagram: This is a very technical operation to cut a mango, and basically what you look at is, where is the axis of the mango and that’s where the axis of the mango is. So, then you've to estimate where the stone is going to be in the middle, so if you go 1 centimeters to the right of the middle of this dot here. What you've done is you just missed the stone. That's where the stone is. Then you turn it around, do the same thing on the other side, by just missing the stone. See how close did you get, that’s where the stone is.
Host: Oh, that’s pretty good.
Arun Khagram: And this is where the stone is here. So if you go a centimeter along the side, you can't really go wrong. Then you slice it around. Now this has to be in a curvature. So again, what you are doing is, you are just missing the stone.
Host: Okay.
Arun Khagram: The stone is like an oval shape, okay so that’s that, and then you cut this into three slices.
Host: They are all pretty much the same.
Arun Khagram: So, they're all about the same sizes.
