How to slide the hook slide to base

Now we are going to look on the Hook Slide. They are going to come in; they are going to try and slide to the outside of the base and just hook it with their left foot as they go by. So they should be in this position, something like this laying back, so they can hook the foot right here on the base. So we will see if these guys can do this. Here we go.

Comes with a runner, right there, good job, excellent. Nice job sliding back. Put the base back. Next guy goes, comes right up, tries to hook it on the outside, good job, right there, just hooks on the outside.
