Hi, this is Cheese, and I am going to show you how to fix your hosting problems, if you have latency doing your router. First open up command prompt, we'll type ipconfig and that's going to show you your IP address on the router as well as your default gateway. Now open up your browser and go to that default gateway, now you may see a prompt. Don't panic if you have never set this, you are using Linksys router, your default username is blank and your default password is admin.
If you are not using Linksys router, I would advise looking this up through Google and trying to figure out what your default settings are. Now if someone has set this already, and you don't know it, it's not the default thing, you can manually reset your router. So I of course know mine. Now you are going to try to find where you can forward your port. I am using Linksys, and this is what mine looks like. Yours may look different depending on what router you are using. Now once you have found the section where you can forward ports, SMTP forward port 6112, and you want protocols, UDP and PCP, and forward it to the IP address that you saw through ipconfig, mine was .100, and click Enable, and Save Settings, and it should be done.
