I looked at a video before because i couldnt get the hang of plate spinning none of the websites work so i searched how to spin a plate it came up with this video and now i can spin a plate this is helpful thanks

How to spin a plate

I have my guide with a rim and a pointy stick, then put the plate on the stick like this. Hold the plate at an angle then slowly spin the plate around with your wrist. In risking motion spin the plate around even faster and then stop and then you quickly go to the middle of the plate. And in a risking moment and quickly spin the plate around quicker around.
