This tutorial will show you how to suspend a hosting account in Plesk. If you have configured this task to display a link in your desktop, you can click it directly from here. Otherwise, click Home to go to the main dashboard. There are a variety of reasons why you would need to suspend an account. For example, non-payment, overages in resource limits, spam, breach of TOS, etc. Locate the account you wish to suspend.
Click to deactivate the domain. You will aways be prompted before suspending an account, as it has an immediate and direct effect on the connectivity of the site. As you can see, the account has been suspended. This renders HTTP, FTP and mail non-functional. It is just as easy to turn the account back on.
You are now able to suspend and unsuspend accounts in Plesk.
