The Spartans lived 2000 years before the birth the Christ and even to this day, they are the standard for male excellence, athleticism, strength; All the attributes of the warrior. We still talk about them up to this day.
Who is Steve Maxwell?
I have been a fighter and a combative athlete all my life.
I am 54 years old, I still compete, I still train. As one of the first Black Belts from the Gracie family, the Gracie family were the ones that invented Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and where the people that originated the UFC, the Ultimate Fight Championship.
Being a fighter, I was always interested in the best training, techniques and conditioning methods. I was always researching, always trying to find the best way to get myself in fighting shape.
But even if you are not a fighter, you can still benefit health wise and add anti aging from this DVD.
What is the work out?
Well, the Spartan-300 Workout consists of 300 quality reps. There are three levels;
1. We utilize our body weight as the prime source of resistance.
2. The workout is progressive in that there is a level 1, a level 2, and a level 3.
Start with the level 1, and once you can get through with this workout very easily in under 40 minutes, then you would go to level 2.
Level 3 is the most advanced body weight techniques that I know. They are very difficult and if you can do it under 40 minutes, consider yourself a true Spartan warrior.
