Idiot. Two things: 1) This is not Sonic 3. This is Sonic 3 and Knuckles. KNUCKLES IS PLAYABLE BY DEFAULT. 2) That code is blue knuckles. Not knuckles in Sonic 3. Sorry, I just hate it when someone uploads something misleading.

I thought you had to play sonic 3 and sonic and knuckles 20 times...which I did...and nothing happened. I didn't get knuckles. Do I have to put the game in my pc or something and use the code? thanks

How to unlock Knuckles in Sonic 3

Go to File > Game Genie Fill this form as showed Add code, highlight it. Ok Start a game, normally. Either a saved game or a new one. Reset. I want to show another example. No matter who you pick here (Sonic, Tails...) You always end up to be Blue Knuckles. Reset. Just another example. But I know what you want to see... DOOMSDAY! Well, you all know how this is going to end. To disable Blue Knuckles: File > Game Genie De-highlight the code, click OK, have a nice day. Good, Knuckles is red again. Thanks for watching.
