That is a liking conscious focus, all right? That is one I am talking about, conscious and focus, conscious and focus. Go to Central Park on a Sunday morning and watch on if you will get hit by bikes right at 9th and 5th Avenue. And, I am going to be there tomorrow morning teaching power walking and there every Sunday and I teach you power walking if you come at nine o’clock.
People I just tell them: do not walk across the street, look bikes are coming very fast. Look right, look left. Do not talk, walk. Bike comes hits him. Black a conscious focus, just like this one walk just in front of the television camera.
We are going to our picture, blow it up, make it poster, lacking conscious focus, clueless about life.
Now, I would like for you to go home today and do one exercise. It is mandatory because you all going to give us your experience and turned it in of what you through away. I want you to unclutter. I am not going to get it overwhelming. I will make it reasonable. I want you to uncluttered something in your life.
It can be your closet or your desk or your garage or your attic or your basement or your drawers, but you must do it completely. Everything must go. If it does not belong there, if you are not absolutely using it, get rid of it. And do not say, well, maybe in the future I might use this about if I live to be 3000, this might come back into fashion. Do you ever look at some of the stuff you have bought and ask yourself, what was I thinking? That is ugly. It would have been ugly then two. This never was not ugly, why did I buy this?
Instead of throwing it away, you know what you do? Just keep look and past it right? Like it is not going to be as ugly the next time I look at it.
Well, that is all right. We all buy things that we think we needed some point and never wear them again. Get rid of it.
So, start on cluttering. De-cluttering our lives starts today
Our refrigerators today, our covers and kitchen today, plus we are going to take something within before our next meeting in our home or work or office or apartment and get rid of this toxin. We are starting a new diet. We are starting exercising each day. We are going to do the stressing each day.
But the one thing I am not going to give it today because I am not going to give you anymore on beliefs because I gave you the one question which is our real question of beliefs knows what is--what do you need that is essential in your life? And what level is it being or not being met?
Each week, I will be giving you five--each time we meet, I will be giving you five questions on that belief system. And, that is going to be powerful. You got enough to start for your first day of change for your first meeting of change. Remembers, every time you come, you will be asked to show your homework to the person at the door.
Listen up please, if you do not have your homework, you do not comeback, ever. Because you are not honoring my time, you are not honoring the efforts I am making to help you get well. And, if you do not want to get well and be as healthy and happy as you can be, then that seat is needed for someone because we turned away 700 people so you can have your seat.
All right! It is about really respecting the opportunity being given to you. We have all been given a second chance to change. And this time, you are going to do it right because we are here to support you, we are here to answer your questions and to give you what you need.
Now, for those of you who where down in Washington, those you here in at Atlanta, or Miami, you are watching this now and you have facilitators. Those facilitators are themselves learning. Sound like Susan from Atlanta came up and spend a week say how this is done by going through our classes each night, and chew it to the detox.
Any questions you have, they will try to answer. They had the resources. Any questions they cannot answer, they will call me and I will help them, and I will get answer back to you. Is that complete this part of our first class.
