How to use Trellis

Hi. I’m Dave Epstein with Growing Wisdom. Look at this little trellis what we’ve put up here. There are many different things that you can grow on a trellis, but I wan to show you this wonderful clematis. Look at that. And a lot of folks think of these as purple or pink. This is white and I really love white especially on a cloudy gray day with the rain falling. It sort of brightens things up. It also makes a nice entry way into another part of the garden as you look through the trellis heading towards the wetlands and the perennial garden beyond. Trellises are a really great way to frame something and bring something into focus that you want to highlight. Today, we’re highlighting a trellis and a white clematis.
