Thank you for sharing this tutorial with us. I had been relying entirely on the in-camera metering and a pretty good TTL-Auto Flash mode. However, when shooting skintones under a variety of light,I have no way of judging how much light is falling on the skin. Short version--I ordered the same meter used in this video and UPS should be bringing it today. This video was a huge help in understanding how to meter flash without a Pocket Wizard System to trigger the flashes. Thank you!!!

I also would like to see a tutorial on the Sekonic L-308 as i would like to know how you work out % of flash/ambiant lighting if your light meter does not tell you
