How to use a flat iron

I placed a comb to a section of hair between the ceramic plates of the flat iron starting as close to the roots as possible and gently close the flat iron with a light grip, and pull the iron away from my head letting the hair glide through the plates in one smooth motion.

You should not feel the iron gripping or pulling your hair. One smooth pass from roots to end should be enough for most hair types. If you have extremely coarse or textured hair, you may need to run the iron through a second time to get your hair silky smooth.

For fine hair, running a second pass will give your hair an even more of a healthy shine. Repeat this process through every section of your hair until they are silky, smooth and straight. It is that easy.
