This tutorial will show you how to manage your mail using Horde Mail in Plesk. If you have configured this task to display a link in your desktop, you can click it directly from here. otherwise, click Home to go to the main dashboard.

Click the Webmail icon next to the mailbox you wish to manage. At any time you can set your preferences in your Horde webmail interface. For example, you may wish to import the contacts that you have already set up in your Outlook address book. You have the option to import or export your contacts. When you have made your selections, simply click to Import the data.

Let's see how to manually add a new contact to your address book. At the very least, enter a name and an email address. You have successfully added a new contact to your Address Book. Let's send an email to ourselves to test that everything is working properly. Let's refresh th page to check for new mail. As you can see, our email has arrived safe and sound.

That's it!
You are now able to manage your web based email using Horde in Plesk.
