This series is what we call our continuous warm up. You will start off by doing a high knee walk, grabbing your knee, pulling it in towards your chest and rising up on your toe. You want to focus on keeping your posture nice and tall and driving up. And next in the series, is going to be what we call a heel on a butt, you want to kick that heel up toward your butt as far as you can then grab on to it, give a little pull and rise up on your toe. This is a high knee skip, your elbows are bent at 90, your knee up, toe up position, driving forward each time. This is a high knee run, again, elbows at 90, pumping your legs as fast as you can. This is the back pedal but down and short choppy steps. This is a backward run, you are going to bring your heel to your butt and then kick back in a running motion.
