This is a continuation of our continuous warm up. This exercise is called an SL DL walk. What you want to do is keep your back flat, stand on one leg, drop your chest down towards the turf, lifting your back leg up. Step through with the leg that went up.
This is a straight leg skip. Keep your leg as straight as you can, side going your legs up towards your hands then back under your hips. This is an overhead launch walk, grab your thumb pull your arm straight, look straight ahead, step up under your knee into a launch.
This exercise is a heel walk, what you want to do is pick your toes up as high as you can and then take small little steps forward. This is a great exercise to work your anterior tip.
And this is one of my favorites, this is the end warm up, what you want to do is come down into a push up position then, walk your hands away from your body, and then your feet towards your hands. This is a great exercise to get you warmed up from head to toe. This exercise is called the figure four walk. What you want to do is grab your chin, turn your knee out, and bring your leg up as parallel to your chest as you can.
